The key responsabilities of the Inside Sales - Retail Company are:
* Act as an Ambassador for the business, and promote the company and its products
* To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided
* Work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team (in Spain and Switzerland) to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
* Convert calls to new business leads
* To inform potential clients on the company' products and services
* To use company databases to gain potential leads
* Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
* Deal with telephone, email and LinkedIn opportunities of business
* Setting up new business and follow up meetings with prospective clientsThe successful Inside Sales - Retail Company candidate must have:
* Previous B2B or B2C sales experience
* Advanced level of English + other advanced level language (French or German)
* Excellent communication skills and excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Good verbal and written skills
* Someone with a positive approach to objection handling is essential
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and social networking (LinkedIn)
