We are seeking a Technical and Functional Support Engineer to work within the Customer Success Unit team.

* Respond and resolve requests for technical and operational assistance from our customers.
* Research and investigate complex issues for Unnax's product defects using: logs, traces, dumps, scripts, and other tools.
* Identify and scale situations requiring urgent attention to the Development team.
* Monitor interfaces to detect deffects in our service.
* Partner with the Product team to highlight customers impact and influence the prioritization of defects/issues to manage fixes and documentation enhancement to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
* Continuously expand knowledge of the Customer Success Unit best practices, procedures, and systems.
* Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Development and Product) to ensure success.
* Act as a functional and technical expert for the customers.


Perfil del candidato

* BS or MS in Computer Science (preferably) or any Engineering.
* Technical background and experience in software development and API technologies.
* Experience with ticketing tools.
* SQL knowledge.
* Elastic knowledge.
* Fluent in Spanish and Advanced level of English, other languages is a must.
* Proven experience to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
* Curious and highly motivated with initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
* Ability to handle high pressure customer situations and achieve resolution with a clear sense of urgency.
* Mindset and culture of customer problems first.
