FP&A Analyst - PageGroup SSC will be responsible for:Prepare and distribute high quality monthly reporting for stakeholdersPerforming variance analysis and commentary for Group Support functionsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and ultimately be seen as 'trusted' go-to finance contact for those within their remitWork in collaboration with regional colleagues to understand and consolidate spend on a Global level to aid the preparation of presentation for heads of function. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with budget holders to ensure accurate and timely budget submissionsDisplay a full understanding of the P&L for the relevant areas of the businessPerform month-end close process for relevant areasProducing ad-hoc analysis and insights e.g., for reporting packs and other management information to aid their respective stakeholders in running their areasSupport the team to ensure capture of costs in line with the relevant accounting principles and finance policiesEnsuring strong processes between the functions and the respective SSC / transactional finance teamsOther ad-hoc internal and external reporting as required by their businessesSupport any internal or external audit activity as requiredFP&A Analyst - PageGroup SSC requires:SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESJudgementExcellent attention to detailActs with the highest levels of integrity and treats others with respectAbility to spot trendsAnalyses data appropriate for different audiencesPerformanceThrives in dynamic environmentsHighly organised and efficientExpresses active engagement with the business and demonstrates strong alignment with the organisation's values (take pride, be passionate, never give up, work as a team and make it fun)Can work under pressure and to tight deadlinesInterpersonal skillsAble to communicate effectively with different countries, cultures and organisational levelsArticulate, both verbally and in writingGood command of English is required, French beneficial Flexible to internal customer needsEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced Excel skills3 years + professional experience in a large, complex global organisation
