As a member of the Continental European Order to Cash team and reporting directly to the Regional O2C Manager your main responsibilities will be:Organize the daily workload and tasks of the team to make sure roles and responsibilities are executed in line with SLA's, client requirements and businesspriorities
Monitor team performance with regards to deadlines and quality of invoice processing
Maintain a strong relationship with the different O2C teams your team is supporting
Lead the team through the implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices
Make sure the team is properly trained to perform their tasks at a high level
Manage the people management and HR topics in the team
Internal/External Audit Support
Identify and support Automation potential and initiativesFluent in English
Experience in an O2C environment
Strong sense of organization, diligent with attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to oversee, motivate and manage people in a transactional environment
