
The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Managing diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
Processing invoices and handling expense reports
Planning and organizing events
Preparing presentations and spreadsheets
Performing daily office tasks and general administrative duties
Taking and distributing meeting minutes
Monitoring and controlling budgetsIt is valued:
A minimum of 8 years of experience providing executive support.
Extensive administrative experience assisting senior management in a professional environment.
Adaptable and discreet, with a high level of professionalism.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to report and communicate effectively in the language.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
