BMC Architect

We are looking for an architect profile to design, implement, and optimize solutions based on the BMC ITSM platform, including both Remedy and Helix. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the solutions meet the business’s functional and technical requirements, guaranteeing scalability, performance, and alignment with best service-management practices. They will lead initiatives for integration, automation, and continuous improvement within the ITSM ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Define the technical and functional architecture of the BMC ITSM solution, ensuring scalability and integrations.
Install and configure the platform, including ITSM and CMDB modules, following best practices.
Manage ITIL data and processes, loading master data structures and optimizing performance.
Develop integrations and automations for workflows and repetitive processes.
Document and train users and teams on the solution and its functionalities.
Oversee governance and continuous improvement, monitoring KPIs and managing change.


Recommended requirements:

ITIL certification (preferably ITIL v4).
Demonstrable experience in ITSM process consulting.
