OTC Supervisor with French

The OTC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Order to Cash (OTC) process in the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. This role will also involve managing a team and working closely with other departments within the Business Services industry.

* Oversee the Order to Cash (OTC) process ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Manage a team of finance professionals
* Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Implement strategies to improve OTC efficiency
* Handle escalations and resolve complex issues
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
* Maintain documentation of OTC processes and procedures
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports * A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Proven experience in an OTC role within the Business Services industry
* Excellent English and French language level
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills
* Strong knowledge of financial procedures and regulations
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
