FP & A Analyst - PageGroup SSC

Support the development and enhancement of the Group FP&A strategy
Business partnering: Build strong relationships with stakeholders in operations & Finance Business Partners.
Financial and Operational Analysis on how to grow the business.
Prepare and present Business cases to senior stakeholders: offer insights & provide ad-hoc analysis to influence/facilitate decisions.
Work on regional or group wide projects, as appropriate
Identify process improvements and opportunities
Owner of the Budget/Forecast process (Ops streams)
Use expert knowledge of the Page Insights products
Perform UATs to ensure improving data consistency and reports.Strong financial and business background.
Experience of working at least 3 years in an FP&A/Finance department (multi-national business).
Strong Excel, Power Point, and financial modelling and data visualization skills.
Power BI knowledge would be beneficial
Language skills - English (additional European language would be beneficial).
Critical thinking and excellent planning, analytical and insights skills.
Structured and being able to work on an autonomous way.
Works with various stakeholders on different levels, including senior management.
Acts with highest levels of integrity and treats others with respect.
