Work with the CRM Team to create the CRM plan and strategy to implement behaviour led marketing campaigns (local and regional), ensuring that CRM programme drives increased levels of quality candidates and clients for all areas of the EU business. It could include also finding synergies with customer lifecycle campaigns
Lead and monitor the audience analysis and segmentation projects
Drive the ongoing benchmark analysis
Organise the weekly and daily reporting process with the CRM and BI Teams
Manage the team on the planning, scheduling, testing and deployment of email campaigns, in cooperation with the Technical Project Lead expertise's on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot platforms.
Analyse results and propose enhancements on lifecycles and adhoc campaigns to maximise ROI within the Global CRM roadmap
Build strong working relationships with the EU marketing teams to ensure the CRM programme supports the overall marketing programme
Work with the compliance team to make sure that we are processing all GDPR data requests and are complying with the regulations.
Work closely with the Head of CRM for EU to deliver other CRM Plans related with campaigns strategy, segmentation, etc.
3+ years of experience in email marketing and/or CRM campaign implementation and management.
Working experience on managing a small team
Superior project management skills and strategic thinking
Excellence on usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and/or Exact Target or similar e-mail marketing tools
Working experience with Jira or other project management tools
Working experience with Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to produce reports and provide strategic recommendations motivated by data
Experience working with segmentation and email marketing platforms. SQL basic knowledge would be an advantage
High level of motivation and initiative, the ability to motivate the team and to anticipate company's needs
Experience working in an international multi-brand company with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
Proven people leader and able to establish, develop and manage a CRM team
Problem solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude
Excellent level in English and Spanish + other EU language is a plus
