Position Purpose: As an O2C Strategic Customers Administrator, you will have a unique opportunity to join a brand-new team and play a critical role in managing Strategic & Key Clients from an Order-to-Cash (O2C) perspective. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless and efficient O2C process management for our key clients. This role demands a deep understanding of the O2C cycle (onboarding, billing & compliance, credit & collections), strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Primary Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers & stakeholders by serving as the main point of contact for O2C related inquiries and concerns.
Work in partnership and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, KAM, Collectors, Tender, Credit Management, and others) to mitigate risks, anticipate needs and maximize the client experience.
Ensure thatO2C processes for Strategic & Key Customers comply with company policies:
Verify and approve the contractual obligations (related to O2C process) agreed with the clients.
Ensure accurate processing of sales orders & compliance with Global Policy.
Process internal and external audit requests.

Ensure timely invoicing, resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Support further development of the team and processes:
Analyze and streamline O2C processes to ensure efficiency in handling of sales orders, invoices, and payments of Strategic Clients & Key Accounts.
Generate regular reports and provide analysis on O2C performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities for automation in the O2C cycle to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.Skills & Competences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
Expertise in the O2C process from order-to-cash (including order management, invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution).
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal departments.
Knowledge of billing systems and software to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of strategic account management and the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience with contract management and the ability to ensure that billing is following contractual terms.
Knowledge of international billing and the ability to handle complex billing issues for global clients.
Knowledge of auditing and the ability to perform audits of the O2C process.
Experience with process improvement and the ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the O2C process.
The ability to adapt quickly in a volatile environment and think outside the box.
About you
Fluency in French and English is a must (additional languages is a plus: Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German).
Prior experience of:
working in shared service center environment
working in an administrative position or Finance Department
collaborating effectively with international/cross-functional teams
