Learning and Development
Design and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements
Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions
Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to identify and address skill gaps within the organization
Coordinate work between the three divisions to ensure alignment and consistency in training initiatives
Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
Communication
Prepare and present regular reports on training activities and progress to the HRD and other stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of learning and development and implement innovative ways of learning
Engagement
Support the engagement survey process by providing input and analysing results
Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement
Monitor progress
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Experience in designing and implementing training programs
At least 4 years in a similar role
Fluency in Spanish and English
Strong organizational skills
