We are looking for a Group CRM Campaign Executive to join our Global CRM Lifecycle Team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with regional CRM experience who is ready to step up into a global position. You'll be at the heart of developing and scaling innovative lifecycle programs acrossboth B2B and B2C audiences in 37 countries.

This is a chance to grow your technical expertise and work hands-on with advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in partnership with Capgemini, a leading consultancy in the CRM and marketing automation space. You'll gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, global stakeholders, and the strategic processes that power customer engagement at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end delivery of global lifecycle campaigns, ensuring smooth localisation and asset management across multiple regions and languages.
Partner with regional CRM teams, global content teams, agencies, and regional colleagues to coordinate campaign inputs and ensure seamless execution.
Maintain clear documentation of journeys, segmentation logic, campaign workflows, and technical requirements.
Drive regional optimisations while safeguarding global consistency, ensuring programmes remain innovative and best in class for both B2B and B2C.
Collaborate with Capgemini and our internal technical experts to expand your Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise and help shape scalable CRM practices.
Contribute to the team's Agile project management approach, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Identify opportunities to automate tasks, standardize processes, and enhance campaign delivery efficiency globally, driving continuous process improvement.
Oversee customer data integrity, ensuring that lists and personalization logic are up-to-date and aligned with global strategy.
Assist regional teams in adopting best practices and leveraging new Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities by providing training and support.
Contribute ideas for new global CRM initiatives aligned with business objectives and market trends.2+ years' experience in CRM, email marketing, or campaign implementation, ideally at a regional or global level.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
A growth mindset - enthusiasm to learn, expand technical skills, and apply new knowledge.
Strong project management capabilities, ideally with exposure to Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
Understanding of Agile working methodologies (a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a strong collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
A detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
