Do you have a native level of Dutch? Would you like to work in one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector? Then this interests you!

🎧 Your mission will be to provide customer service in the Dutch and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.


🔍 Requirements:

- Required languages: Dutch native + and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.
- Required experience: Experience in customer service.
- Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.


🌟What do we offer you?

- Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
- Full time 39 hours/week.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
- Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of HYBRID modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
- Salary of 23k € gross per year.
