Are you experienced in Payroll Management?

Would you like to work for a leading multinational in the agri-food sector with a presence in over 40 countries? If so, this opportunity could be the perfect match for your skills and a chance for you to contribute to what our client is looking for.




We are seeking a Payroll Management Professional for a temporary contract (3 - 4 months).




Key Responsibilities

HR / Payroll data entry, New hire data administration

Leaver administration, Submit payroll data entry requests into the payroll provider portal, via local form or mass upload form

Monthly Payroll process: Review, correct, and approve payroll results provided by the payroll vendor

Prepare employment contracts, addendum letters, employment verification letters, termination letters based on pre-defined templates, gather approvals and signatures

Resolve employee queries related to HR Ops & Payroll processes

Prepare HR Ops, Payroll & Finance reporting as per local requirements







Contract & Benefits

Temporary contract: 3 - 4 months (Immediate hire)

Salary: €35,000

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Possibility of remote work after the first few weeks, based on demonstrated performance

Location: Calle La Constitució, 1, 08960, Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona

Skills and Experience


Minimum of 2 years of experience performing the above tasks


Strong command of Spanish; intermediate English is a plus


Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills


Effective communication with employees and external providers


Strong problem-solving skills in HR and payroll processes
