Sales Manager Spain (Market Launch) (m/f/d) Who we are

As part of our European expansion strategy, we are launching our brand on the spanish market and are looking for a motivated Sales Manager for Spain to lead this development from the ground up.
Your mission
As Sales Manager for the Spanish market, you will be responsible for the successful launch, development, and long-term growth of our brand in Spain. You will act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers and work closely with our teams in Cologne.
In parallel with our efficient supply chain (production & logistics), a few trips to Spain will be necessary to meet with potential partners (customers and printing companies).
Your responsibilities
Market launch & business development :
- Lead the launch of our brand on the Spanish market
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Advise and support Spanish-speaking customers via email, phone, and chat
- Create quotes, follow up on orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales topics in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Internal coordination :
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Participate in strategic meetings and actively contribute ideas to improve processes, products, and sales performance
- Act as the voice of the spanish market within the company
Your profile
- Native Spanish, very good English skills. German is a plus, but not mandatory
- First experience in sales, business development, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage
- More than a degree or experience, we are looking for someone who is committed, motivated and has the right mindset for our team
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in an European and intercultural environment
- Interest in e-commerce is a plus
