Manage the full PTP cycle: supplier onboarding, PO management, invoice processing, and payments.
Oversee OPEX
related AP, reconciliations, accruals, and accounting entries.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP or Spanish GAAP and internal controls.
Support month-end closing and reporting accuracy.
Maintain vendor data governance and monitor AP aging and cash-flow impacts.
Lead and develop the PTP team, ensuring strong performance and clear KPIs.
Drive process improvements and collaborate with Procurement, FP&A, and Accounting.5
10 years' experience in Finance/Accounting or PTP/AP roles.
Proven team leadership and PTP/AP process expertise.
Strong accounting knowledge (US GAAP/Spanish GAAP) .
Fluent in English
Experience with ERPs (NetSuite a plus) and BI tools like Looker.
Ability to work in a fast
paced, high
growth environment.
