Maintenance Finance Controller - English & Spanish

Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for maintenance-related Opex, Capex and inventory cost lines, contributing to process improvements and optimization initiatives
Coordinate month-end closing activities for maintenance-related costs in line with IFRS and local GAAP requirements
Act as a key finance business partner to maintenance, operations and asset-related teams, assessing financial impact and supporting decision-making
Plan, monitor and report costs and accruals related to major maintenance events
Drive cost control initiatives and support continuous cost optimization across the organization
Support asset capitalization, depreciation, upgrades and lifecycle planning, including asset movements and replacements
Prepare cash flow projections related to maintenance activities and monitor balance sheet items such as reserves, deposits and related recoveries
Support procurement activities through financial evaluation of contracts and supplier performance reviewsMinimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Financial Audit, ideally in environments linked to maintenance, engineering or heavy operations
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field
Good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with a solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deep-dive into root causes while also providing clear conclusions and recommendations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Proactive, autonomous and results-driven mindset
Fluent in English and Spanish
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in complex operational or asset-intensive industries is a plus
