E- commerce Specialist (On- Site)

Oversee daily operations of the online stores (Shopify+)
Ensure smooth order flow, accurate stock visibility, and exceptional customer experience
Maintain and update product listings, visuals, and content in line with brand guidelines
Monitor analytics and report on sales performance, traffic, and key KPIs
Define, together with the management team, the site strategy by market and product category.
Website Optimization & Conversion
Improve conversion rates through UX, content, and CRO experiments
Manage seasonal promotions, offers, and product launches on the site
Ensure consistent brand presentation and strong visual storytelling across all pages
Marketplaces Management
Manage the brand's catalog across various marketplaces (Amazon, Decathlon, Tradeinn, Vepee, TikTok, etc. ) and optimize sales in each channel.
Marketing & Growth
Manage or coordinate performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc. ) with agencies or directly
Develop and execute CRM, retention, and lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty)
Track and optimize ROI, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics
Support influencer and content marketing initiatives by ensuring smooth integration with the storeExperience: At least 3 years in e
commerce or performance marketing roles, ideally within premium consumer goods, sports, beauty, or wellness
Language: Fluent English (C1 or above) ; Spanish is a plus
Technical Skills:
Shopify+ is a must
Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
Klaviyo or equivalent CRM system
SEO fundamentals and conversion optimization
