Accounts Payables with fluent English

Receive, process, and accurately validate supplier invoices, ensuring correctness and full compliance with internal standards.
Resolve invoice errors and discrepancies to guarantee timely processing within established deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, maintaining an excellent vendor relationship and ensuring clear communication.
Collaborate in the preparation of the payment cycle, following established internal control frameworks and financial policies.
Support internal teams by providing invoice status updates, documentation, and problem-solving in a multi-country environment.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and compliance procedures across all AP processes.
Contribute to continuous process improvement within the P2P cycle, identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within an international environment.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) .
Solid understanding of general accounting principles, general ledger, and P2P processes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Proactive, flexible, and open to learning new tasks and adapting to different ways of working.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is highly valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders across Europe.
