• Take full ownership of the local Amazon Business P&L, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and market share objectives are met in alignment with global strategic priorities.
• Shape and deliver the annual Joint Business Plan, driving performance through an optimized assortment, competitive pricing, impactful promotions, retail media activation, and strong operational and supply chain execution.
• Localize and implement global e-commerce initiatives, transforming global guidelines into high-quality content, effective pricing strategies, and well-executed promotional activities.
• Oversee product introductions, marketing activations, and content enhancements to increase traffic, boost conversion rates, and maximize overall ROI.
• Monitor stock levels and product availability proactively, preventing shortages and ensuring consistent fulfilment of customer demand.
• Track and evaluate essential KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, market share, share of voice, retail media performance), taking corrective action whenever results deviate from targets.
• Prepare and present KPI-focused performance analyses to local leadership and the Global KAM team, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Amazon stakeholders at both country and international levels.
• Serve as the in-house Amazon specialist, staying informed about new tools, policies, platform developments, competitive movements, and market trends to continuously enhance account results. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Key Account Management, including at least 1-2 years specifically managing Amazon or Amazon Business accounts.
• Deep understanding of Amazon's operational processes and ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon's digital marketing levers and advertising tools.
• Demonstrated experience working with core e-commerce KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and retail media metrics.
• Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to extract insights and communicate them clearly.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, data-driven digital environments with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are considered an advantage.
