TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

From Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Technical Services Manager (Site Foreman) to oversee maintenance, infrastructure, and support services at a major industrial site in Mallén.




🔧Main Responsibilities:



* Supervise maintenance, regulatory compliance, and building/infrastructure services
* Manage spare parts, utilities, energy performance, and waste management
* Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure and fire‑protection systems
* Coordinate service providers and internal teams
* Lead improvement actions, budget control, and “Green Factory” initiatives
* Support new works and site projects

🎓 Required Knowledge & Qualifications



* Master’s degree or equivalent (education or experience)
* Technical knowledge in several of the following fields: mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial maintenance
* Regulatory certifications related to the role
* Strong understanding of Quality, Safety, Environment requirements in industrial production
* Experience in team management and shop‑floor labor relations
* Strong problem‑solving methodology skills
* Fluent English
