Billing Specialist with English

The chosen candidates will be responsible of the following tasks:
Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
Handle customer inquiries related to billing and resolve discrepancies professionally
Maintain accurate financial records and update billing systems as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing processes
Generate and analyze billing reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
Comply with all company policies and industry regulations related to billing and invoicing
Support the accounting and finance team with other administrative tasks as requiredA successful Billing Specialist should have:
Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field
Experience in billing or invoicing processes, preferably in a multinational environment
Experience in using billing software and financial systems
SSC experience is a plus
High level of English is mandatory
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
