🔹 About the Company We are recruiting for a fast-growing European scale-up with a highly innovative MedTech / SportTech product. To accelerate their expansion in Spain, we are looking for a strong salesperson to lead the Catalonia region.

🎯 Your Role: 100% Field Sales & Prospecting This is a pure field sales job. Your main mission is to open new accounts and build a client base from scratch in your region.

• Active Prospecting: Spend most of your time on the road, visiting healthcare and sports facilities.
• Direct Sales: Find new leads, do on-site product demonstrations, and close deals.
• Territory Management: Organize your own travel schedule to cover the region effectively.

🔍 Your Profile

• Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B field sales.
• Mindset: You are a true "hunter". You love prospecting, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing sales.
• Location: You live in or near Barcelona.
• Autonomy: You can work independently and are comfortable traveling daily across your region.

🌍 Languages

• Spanish: Native or bilingual.
• English: Fluent (needed to communicate with the international team).
• Catalan: A strong plus for local business.

💰 Package & Benefits

• Salary: €35,000 to €37,000 base salary + €20,000 variable (uncapped).
