German-Speaking Front Office Agent

We are currently looking for German-speaking Front Office Agents to join a leading vehicle leasing company, working on behalf of Bosch through an initial contract with Adecco.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international environment with potential for long-term growth.

Your responsibilities

Managing administrative and customer support tasks (back office & front office)
Handling customer queries via email and phone
Supporting operations related to vehicle leasing services
Ensuring high-quality service for the German market

Initial 4-month contract with Adecco, with the possibility of being hired directly by the company afterward 100% remote position, with 3 days per month working from the Bosch office in Barcelona (next to El Corte Inglés Can Dragó) to encourage team building (If you don't live in Barcelona, 100% remote) Full-time position (Monday to Friday) Schedule: L - J 07:30 - 17:30h. - V 07:30-16:30h. (39h) - ES Salary Base salary (Contact Center Agreement): Base Salary: 18.052,54€, Language Plus:1.571,34€
