Accounts Payables - Master Data

Vendor master data management:

• Ensure vendors are created, updated and deleted appropriately and in compliance with standards.
• Cleaning, upgrading, updating and due diligence of the vendor master database with our screening compliance tools as regard of the process.

Process Compliance:

• Ensuring vendor data is completed in alignment with contracts signed by the Business Development Procurement through Iris.
• Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented in SAP
• Ensure data quality and compliance with company policies.

Issue Resolution:

• Fast and effective response to any issue.
• Escalate potential issues.

Training and support:

• Create training and process documentation for Master Data users.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Supplier Master Data Management.

Education: Professional education in Finance or Business.

Languages: English required, Spanish preferred but not mandatory. Additional languages are considered an asset.

Working hours

• Flexible start time between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• From Monday to Thursday, employees work 8.5 hours of effective working time per day, plus a 40-minute lunch and coffee break.
• On Fridays, there is a 6-hour intensive working day, with a flexible start time between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

Remote Working Policy

• Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
• Employees do not need to complete their probation period to access remote working; they simply need to accept the company's remote working policy.
• Working remotely from abroad is not permitted, nor from locations more than 3 hours away from the office.
