HR Generalist

• Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes across European markets.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within the HRIS.
• Support benefits administration and respond to employees' questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Help build and structure the HR department, developing and implementing HR processes and procedures from the ground up.
• Support compliance with local employment legislation and HR documentation requirements across different European countries.
• Liaise with ADP and external providers to support payroll management.
• Support annual salary review and performance review processes.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Prepare HR reports and support the HR Lead with people-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers across the organisation.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination or a generalist HR role.
• Experience in a fast-growing, international or multi-country environment is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Spanish employment law; exposure to other European jurisdictions is highly valued.
• Bilingual / native-level proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory. Candidates must be fully comfortable communicating professionally in both languages, written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems; experience with ADP is a plus.
