DescriptionWe are looking for a Fashion Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Barcelona and support customers in the English and Spanish markets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Managing orders, changes and returns.
- Providing excellent customer service through different communication channels.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions.

Requisitos:

Fluent English and Spanish essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused.
Good PC and systems knowledge.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Well organized, reliable and adaptable.

Se ofrece:

€18,471 gross/year.
38.5 hours/week.
Monday to Friday, 9:0018:00.
1-month temporary contract.
