Location: Oostrum, Netherlands (Venray/Venlo area)
Salary: €14.99 gross per hour base salary; €16.64 gross per hour including listed allowances and benefits
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Shift: Day shift, 07:00–15:30, with other shifts possible depending on the department
Contract: Fixed-term employment

Join FLEX, an international company specialising in logistics for consumer electronics. As a Logistics Employee, you will work in a modern warehouse alongside an international team, helping ensure that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

This is an active, hands-on role with clear tasks, stable scheduling, and opportunities to develop your logistics skills. Previous warehouse experience is welcome but not essential.

• Pick products using a handheld scanner.

• Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment.

• Seal packages and stack them on pallets.

• Lift and move packages of different weights.

• Assemble products on the production line.

• Load and unload containers.

• Help maintain an efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.

• Motivation and a practical, hands-on approach to work.

• Good physical fitness.

• Experience in logistics or warehousing is an advantage, but not required.

• Experience using an electric pallet truck or reach truck is an advantage, or willingness to obtain the relevant certification.

• Flexibility to work different shifts when required.

• Availability for long-term employment.

• Ability to communicate in English and/or Dutch.

• Competitive pay: €14.99 gross per hour base salary, or €16.64 gross per hour including the listed components.

• Additional shift and cold-environment allowances may be available, depending on your duties.

• Extra pay for overtime and Saturday work, where applicable.

The standard day shift runs from 07:00 to 15:30, Monday to Friday. Morning and afternoon shifts may be available depending on the department. Overtime and Saturday work may also be offered.
