Bosch Service Solutions is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Automotive Dealer Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating vehicles throughout the repair process, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date, and following up on repair progress to ensure cases are managed efficiently.
This is a back-office coordination position within the automotive industry, with no mechanical work or workshop duties involved.
- Track vehicles sent to repair centers and monitor/a their progress throughout the repair process.
- Verify that all relevant information and documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Review and approve repair tickets once all necessary checks and validations have been completed.
- Follow up with repair centers to monitor/a repair status and ensure timely updates.
- Identify delays, discrepancies, errors, and potential issues in the repair process.
- Escalate cases when a vehicle has been under repair for more than four weeks.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for each case.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient case management.

Requisitos:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage data accurately and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify errors, delays, and process discrepancies.
Interest in the automotive industry.
High level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Previous experience in logistics, administration, coordination, back-office operations, fleet management, or similar fields will be considered an advantage.
Se ofrece:
A six-month fixed-term employment contract.
A full-time position with 39 working hours per week.
A Monday-to-Friday schedule, with rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
An on-site working environment in Nou Barris, Barcelona.

The annual gross salary may reach up to €23,501.99, depending on the applicable salary supplements and bonus eligibility.
