As a regional Localisation Specialist within our Content Marketing team, you will be responsible for facilitating the localisation of content produced for 12 different markets in Europe as well as Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will work closely with local marketers and support them in effectively translating and localising content to ensure its relevance and cultural appropriateness.

Content Localisation Coordination:
* Collaborate with local marketers, our regional content marketing team as well as content creation and localisation agencies to understand localisation needs and objectives.
* Establish clear processes and workflows for content localisation across the European and MEA markets.
* Serve as the central point of contact for all localisation-related inquiries and requirements.
* Alignment Across Markets:
* Promote knowledge sharing and best practices among local teams.
* Align the process of regional content toolkit creation and sharing.

Quality Control:
* Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and effectiveness of localised content.
* Collaborate with local marketers and other marketing departments to maintain high-quality standards.

Process Improvement:
* Continuously assess the localisation process and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency of content localisation.

Communication and Collaboration:
* Foster strong relationships with local marketers, our regional marketing departments, and other stakeholders.
* Present our regional content toolkits to the local marketing organisation. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Languages, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management or coordination roles, preferably in content marketing or localisation.
* Strong understanding of the cultural differences and sensitivities across European and MEA markets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in multiple European languages is a plus.
* Familiarity with content management systems and localisation tools.
* Experience with SEO localisation is a plus.
* Project management and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail and quality.
* Problem-solving and critical thinking.
